Man says Naperville officer stalked him with Flock technology after starting affair with his fiancée

Note: The cop started dating the man's fiancee, and then started stalking him.

The cop's criminal defense attorney states in the video: "I think officers have the right to use the Flock system, at least in this point in time, to protect themselves and their families." He goes on to say "The legislature has yet to make misuse of Flock a crime."
