Stop trying to treat language like it's something you can manage or manufacture. Its a repetition of the same issue which underpins AI, which is a basic under of what we as humans do things.
I'm okay with zuzai. We also need a word for "prompt" because that ticks me off but for example my pharmacist just said follow the prompt to someone picking up something. But AI prompt... Hmm. The BS generator text input... TBSGTI, pronounced T'Besgity, simplified to Besgity.

Yeah, this is also not a very good word.
First of all, I don't see it fitting in English, the sound is just too different, it feels foreign.
Second, you can't tell what it means just by hearing/reading it.
What does "zuz" actually mean to the average person?
If we need a specific word, why not "noai", still sounds a bit foreign, but is far easier to understand,

I was thinking more like just saying "no ai", but I realize now that not eveeyone has grown up with Swedish and it's use of compound words.
But I guess you could pronounce it like that or "noaee"

We change language all the time. We constantly create new words and compounds, and assign new meanings.
Language is not a pool of never-changing words and meanings. It's alive because we, its users, are.
And of course language can be managed. Look at Korean.
