This is fucking funny. The AI space finally has a product that I'd want to use, and it's a "man behind the curtain" mirage. I also love it as an admission that a poor call-center employee in the Global South takes over when the 'super intelligence' can't handle it.
How can "AI" destroy the world when it can't even cancel a Netflix subscription without calling in tech support?

I'm not too worried about an AI destroying the world, but I am worried about someone in power over-relying on fallible AI and making a mistake of serious consequence as a result.
