Releasing v1.3 of cldr (tldr alternative). Now with custom notes!

Hello! If you didn't see my last post from yesterday, I'm the developer of a new cli utility called cldr, which is an anti-ai alternative to tldr.

Thank you to everyone who replied to my last post!!!! I got a lot of awesome feedback and am happy to say that I have implemented every suggestion that was made! (At least, I think I did).

Version 1.3 now lets you write custom notes for every command! These are stored in an adjacent directory to the normal pages, and will be loaded automatically when you query the command that's attached to it. And don't worry, they will persist through database updates (and even database deletion).

This is especially useful for something like ffmpeg, with so many options, so many things to do, it's hard to remember it all. So if there's a specific set of parameters you frequently like to use but you can't remember it or it's not in the tldr page, now you can just write an extra note explaining it for your future self.

PS: These notes can be as long as you want! It's not just limited to a single line.

PPS: I don't intend on spamming this community or anything, this will likely be my last post about cldr for a while, unless I add some new good features
