Looks good to me, exactly what you want a gym routine to do. He's toned and tightened muscles, helped the shoulders and arms get a bit of definition and taken away that bit of extra body fat.

If you're not interested in becoming a gym bro, this looks great.

I agree. And, he didn't start out looking like a gamer, so the difference isn't so dramatic.

So whoever this is isn't using steroider or other skit but still posts on social media. Cudos

whoever this is isn't using steroid

He’s a twitch/kick streamer. Friends with Andrew Tate (actually got him arrested accidentally once) and interviewed Donald Trump on stream

Regarding the steroids: You’d actually be really surprised! I’m involved in the gym scene, and people talk really openly about their drug use. There are an absolute TON of dudes who hop on steroids and achieve literally nothing. Probably like 20% of confirmed steroid users, you would never even guess. So I wouldn’t rule out steroid abuse just because he has nothing to show for it. Actually based on his social circle I’d consider it probable

So many people have it in their heads that steroids do the work for you. The easiest way to explain it to average people is "They dont make gaining muscle easier, they just reduce the amount of time it takes. You can get 10 years of HARD lifting worth of results in 2 or 3 years of HARD lifting but you still have to do the hard lifting.

Still need to rip the muscle fibers for the steroids to build them back bigger

StabbingSky@lemmy.zip · 1 pts · 23h (1 reply)

No, steroids will increase muscle mass from doing nothing, it's just not nearly as much as if you put the work in.

Delphia@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 15h

Yes its technically incorrect but it tends to make more sense to people who just assume that simply being on the juice will get you looking like Reacher in 6 months.

Fuck Adin Ross. Happy for his fitness progress.

teslasaur@lemmy.world · 12 pts · 1d (1 reply)

Well. His traps grew by more than 2 times.

Might even be one of the rare leg day enthusiasts.

Once you start squatting you don’t stop.

Leg butt day is every day

A fascist worked out today.

Did you?

ArmchairAce1944@discuss.online · 3 pts · 23h

Yes.

CheesyFingers@piefed.social · 1 pts · 22h

I personally don't think physical strength means anything other than whatever personal value is assigned to it by the person training.

ArmchairAce1944@discuss.online · 6 pts · 23h

His belly looks a bit more toned and defined and his face a little leaner. He changed slowly and slightly but that's fine. Not everyone to needs to be a 2% body fat Mr. Olympia.

Shaving a fart sounds pretty impressive.

It feels incredible

I don't know who this dude is. Sounds like a douche, but 1 year in the gym, you shouldn't expect crazy results unless you are juicing as well. I'm 3 years into getting back into lifting after a roughly 5 year gap, and I feel like I'm only barely getting to where I want to be with my physique. People think that working out will have you looking like Schwarzenegger after a year. That takes a lifetime with crazy diet and steroids. Damn near all of Hollywood juices to get their physiques these days. We shouldn't be comparing ourselves to that. It's basically the male equivalent of an anorexic model on meth.

I'm ready to try it tbh
