Is urban sprawl a good thing? Is building vertically better than expanding horizontally? Ottawa's mayoral candidates disagree

If I was a broadcast TV owner, I'd run Scream and other horror movies where people are viciously murdered in their homes as their screams are not heard by the nieghbors one acre away the week before this election.

I am just not comfortable living completely out on my own, never have been. I still hate everyone, I just feel safer around other people.
