working from home had another unexpected effect: less waste paper from offices, which means less recycled material to make toilet roll.
It's interesting to see effects of the pandemic which I never would have considered.
I wonder if a similar decline would be seen in other countries or have they been using other materials?

It’s not that toilet paper itself should be recycled. it’s about toilet paper made from recycled other paper.
