Seriously though, I've noticed women with bad posture are way worse than men with bad posture. Men usually they have the "always looking at their phone" bad posture whereas women with bad posture are constantly trying to make the letter C with their spine.
To fill it out to be 4 panels, obviously! The artist chose wrong on this one, it could have easily been one panel, which I feel better suits this sort of rambly relatable non-punchline formula.

With only one panel you wouldn’t get the range of expressions as she works through her feelings, which while not necessary I do think adds to it.
