I remember how nuts that RyJo - Jones trade was at the time. Seemed to have worked for both teams for a few years, but it’s something how far each player has fallen by this point.
I checked up on the thread on Reddit because I was curious. Apparently he’s part of the log jam keeping the youth who looked good on the team this year from making the squad.
He was a slow, heavy skater who just had his Achilles sliced, so it’s likely he’ll lose a step there too.

Can't rebuild with a slow and old center keeping the younger kids of the ice. He was a big piece of our Stanley cup run so for that I am grateful.
