Sorry! It is some kind of Bolete, I believe likely edulis aka porcini. It didn't stain, that is what mattered to me.

i'm voting no, this looks like some other less tasty bolete, you can tell by how large and rough/ragged the cap is.
At least, when they look like this they might as well be a different mushroom because they're not very appealing at all.

That's fair. It wasn't slimy or infested with bugs. The flesh was nice! I don't have a lot to work with here 🤷
