Privacy or censorship - which one would you ditch if you had to choose?

I will go first, Privacy.

That feeling when I spent a long time on a post, and they either remove it or won't even allow me to send it.

May be against the grain for this community, but moderation is, in a sense, censorship (at the most basic level, censoring spam messages); so things like e-mail and social media wouldn't work without at least some degree of censorship.
