Motorist fails in attempt to avoid M50 toll charges by citing 'Magna Carta Hiberniae of 1216'

Sure the m50 toll has plenty of arguments against it, I mean nobody likes giving money to private companies to use public infrastructure, but did he really think that a judge was going to entertain this?
