Souffle pancakes with scratch strawberry jam

I was inspired to try making these after seeing the success that u/tsonfeir had when they made theirs. Turns out anxiety is a big help after all! :)

Thank you!! They were a lot tastier than I imagined they would be. Much less egg foam and much more traditional pancake.
