Nippon Television has just acquired Studio Ghibli

would acquire 42.3% of Studio Ghibli to become the top shareholder of the animation studio

I think it is not acquired TOTALLY.

I hope this is a positive development. I'd be very worried if this was in the US.

That has to be an expensive purchase.
