Climate change will end capitalism if we don’t

Can't have a capitalist society if society collapses.

We still need bakers, no matter what the economic system we have.

I worked as a baker for a couple years about ten years ago. During the summer, whenever it was raining, we would all take turns going out to stand in the rain for a minute just to cool off. I don't want to imagine what worse would feel like.

bakeries being hot doesn’t make sense?

Dough needs to be in a particular temperature range to rise while not making big bubbles and not end up tasting yeasty.

Higher temperatures also make it tougher for the people working there

I'm in favor of pretty heavy moderation.
