Well let's not be too hasty, most fish have both an anus and a urogenital opening for eliminating waste and scattering eggs for fertilization. Marine mammals like whales and dolphins have blowholes as well so while titty-fucking and blowjobs are both excellent avenues to pursue you may have more options than you realize.
