That is beautiful! I don't do this kind of work but I like admiring the work done. Largely because of all the clever cuts one can make to get the gem to display a certain way. This piece is a great example of that!

This does look like an actual eyeball. I could see this as an eye for some kind of D&D style construct. Very cool!
