Anyways, absolutely nothing wrong with making high quality food for students in a cafeteria. It doesn't have to be a crusty lady dishing out reheated prepared food.
The combo elementary school / nursery near me runs brigade-style and serves multi course meals. The menu isn't centralized like France, so the chef has a lot of influence in chosing the best local ingredients.
