Tiki drink kinda night. Bought a bottle of black rum and wanted to try it out. Excuse the lack of tiki glassware and garnishes, but both very tasty.
Jungle bird: 2 oz black rum .75 oz Campari 2 oz pineapple juice .75 oz lime juice .5 oz simple syrup
Mr. Bali Hali 1.5 oz black rum 1 oz light rum .75 oz Coffee liqueur 1.5 oz pineapple juice 1 oz lemon juice .5 simple syrup

Mr Bali Hali is now on my list to try—sounds delicious. Jungle bird is the cocktail that first drew me down the cocktail-making rabbit hole. So good.

It really is a great drink. Campari is one of my favorite liqueurs and combining it with tiki flavors just makes it even better.
