You ain't wrong, and I suspect it's likely due to the prompting. You asks for a pussy shot and the lass is sitting... The ai does what's requested of it...
Tbf it's only marginally up, imagine her hips are tilted or something, I don't know 🤷♂️
Edit: I'd say the first of the extra posts is probably the closest to anatomically correct. It's the most believable (as an obviously anime style generation can be...)

AI is terrible with genitalia. I wonder if it’s because of the amount of censored training data they used.

It's entirely dependent on the model/checkpoint/Loras you're using.
