Delicious water bug though ngl

To be fair, land bugs you're expected to eat the exoskeleton and all. If crickets were big enough to pull meat out of, I think a lot of people would be less weirded out.

Ate a prepared grasshopper once. It tasted like a hollow, crumbly twig. Not really the best texture but also not the worst.

Apparently lobsters were seen as poor people food years ago, they washed up on beaches by the hundreds.
