in video, it doesn't say why there is excess deaths, but numbers are 20-30% in some cases, so it is worth to look into
every data signal should be looked into

youtube is not known for doing good science. this video, while maybe he believes he is on to something important, does not pass basic tests for scientific theory and looks, as mentioned by another commenter, like misinformation.
