NASA just recycled 98% of all astronaut pee and sweat on the ISS (engineers are thrilled)

As sweat naturally leaves the body, it just becomes humidity in the air. You can then use something like a dehumidifier to soak it all up.

Apparently it is recovered from the air through a dehumidifier. From my understanding no one is wringing out their underwear or anything.
