I wonder how these medical stats compare to the speed at which grocery stores jacked their costs up for no reason
I've personally dialed my eating WAAAAAY back to the point where people think I have an eating disorder, or I'm being unhealthy or whatever.. I'm just far from following and 'food guide's that's filled with unnecessary carbs and dairy and sugar
