Did anyone else get the Ride on time reissue album from Amazon

I pre ordered my copy of Ride on Time by Tatsuro Yamashita in may and had to wait until June to receive my order. When the release date came, I got an email that said there was delay in shipping and that they would email me when they have an official shipping date. I ordered this album in May and It is now the end of June and still no update on the status of my order. Just out of Curiosity, is anyone else encountering this problem if so, who do I contact? What do I do, I really was looking forward to owning a copy of this album 😭😢😭😢
