Czech Music Recommendations?

I'm looking for some Czech bands similar to Rammstein or Nine Inch Nails. Specifically, I'm looking for rock/hard rock/alternative/metal bands that sing very clearly and maybe slowly. I'm still a beginner at learning Czech.

Try Umbrtka from Plzeň.

Especially their stuff from around 2010 or so: https://youtu.be/JPln_jyJr20?si=V3H4ry667h6PzpBo

Nothing popular from the past 20 years, sadly. I cannot bear listening to the radio anymore.

The reccommendations don't need to be popular, I just need to be able to find them online on Spotify, Youtube or Bandcamp or something.

Well, the largely terrible post-2000 pop music destroyed my perception of our country’s production, and I’m not really into rock or metal... The most “rock” song I remember hearing on the radio (it plays at work) is Černí andělé by Lucie. For all I know, the band may have heavier rock songs available.

I agree with Chaotic here. Lucie and maybe wanastowi vjecy may be good for you here. I would say it’s soft rock, but it’s slow and may be understandable for you.
