Communities screen, multiple "subs" with the same name in different instances, they all link to my local instance

I am on lemmy.world trying to have a single account for all instances. I am subbed to, for example, !canada@lemmy.ca. on my "communities" tab, I see Lemmy.world at the top and a list of child items and one of them is !canada@lemmy.ca. Great.

However I'm also subbed to !brasil on lemmy.world, but also !brasil on lemmy.pt and !brasil on lemmy.eco.br. I then see "!brasil" 3 times under Lemmy.world, all of them linking to !brasil on lemmy.world.

I am subbed to other communities from even those other instances like lemmy.eco.br and they show up fine, so I don't think it's anything with the instance.

Anyone else got the same issue?
