Intel Arc Graphics Driver Change Leads To A Big Speed-Up Under Linux

Hopefully we are able to get feature/performance parity to the Windows drivers for Intel soon. Would be good to have more options on the Linux side.

Eyeing to get a A380 for AV1 encoding and transcoding with Jellyfin. Hope drivers will improve.
