I personally can't stand those neon icon themes, but this looks like a lot of care and work went into it! It's always fun to see stuff that makes fellow Gnomies happy.

I wanted something over the top and colorful, the icons did the job.

Key word "sometimes"

Jaximus@lemmy.ml · 3 pts · 2y

Indeed! Had to restore to defaults after I rebooted because gnome logged me in a blank purple screen. :D

Making me nostalgic for Garuda 🥺

Then go get it! It's still running strong, so why not?

Gotta use a different OS for work - lots of programs to run :)

It’s great if you want manjaro that works, especially if you want it to look similar to this

Jaximus@lemmy.ml · 1 pts · 2y

Haha, I have never seen garuda before. :D

This looks great. I presume you're using a GNOME extension for the tiling? Really wanna look at getting something similar on KDE.

Jaximus@lemmy.ml · 2 pts · 2y (2 replies)

I use gTile. Use with caution though, I think it broke my setup and I logged into a blank purple screen.

Try forge, I’ve had some minor difficulties on gnome 45, but it seems like a competent tiling extension otherwise

My friend uses Pop!_OS and has this, ngl it made me a little envious.
