I heard every kind of siren imaginable for about 30 minutes straight last night. This was preceded by 30 minutes of constant horn honking. This must be what it was about. Crazy stuff.

Holy shit! I wonder what the cause was.... it being right in the middle of the road is concerning - like was it a malfunction?
