How do you feature a post?

How do you make a post so that it's featured on the front page of the community?

Click on the post to enter it (important) > Click the three-dot menu under the title > Click the push pin icon to 'pin' it to the community

Thanks a bunch! I didn't notice the icon because it has the word community after it. Now I see it! :)
