Very difficult. Pretty much anything that sounds ok has copyright and they will screw you over if you use it on the internet.

All music I create is free, open source and copyright free! The genre typically is 8-bit/mod/keygen if thats what your interested though. I've been trying aswell to find out if there is a website for such "freeware" music like you said, that isnt Kevin Macleod
