I guess that makes more sense, they just converted their extra stairwell. Maybe there's a shower at the top and a sink at the bottom. It's just a bathroom with extra steps.

I mean, I was once or twice in the situation where I really needed to shit and was scared whether I would make it to my toilet and I would've really appreciated a shitter on the stairs.
