Scientists and local fishermen team up in Virginia Beach to build an artificial reef

Scientists and local fisherman have been working this weekend to set up new artificial reefs in the Chesapeake Bay. They're dropping concrete balls called reef balls into the bay in hopes of providing additional habitat for marine life.
