I think it was offside. My problem is the ref was called to look for a foul, called for a foul, UEFA said it was a foul and then 10 minutes later UEFA come back and say it was actually offside. That is a complete joke of a performance from the referee and VAR and is not fit for a game of this magnitude. Second the goalkeeper looked like a noob by not standing guard against his goal but decided to go in the net with a gentle push which is enough to not let the goal stand. The refs need to think straight next time because they're very soft to Spain.

The rules are just a little confusing. At the end of the interference/impeding rule it says to call it as a foul. So it's both offside and a foul.
