Your blood uses iron to transport oxygen around your body. Rust is iron AND oxygen. Therefore, rust will give you supercharged oxygen levels. It makes logical sense.
I see no problems with your logic. Iβm excited to see what happens to my child who has anemia when I mix sprinkled rust flakes into his breakfast cereal.
