Looking for a modern city building game with less emphasis on traffic management

I love city builders, like SimCity, Cities Skyline, but I give up on them because of the traffic management. I understand that traffic is a core issue for in real cities, but it's a chore and I don't want to have to watch a 12 videos long series on YouTube just to build a functional city. Are there any games where it's still city building but with less emphasis on traffic (not no traffic management, just less)
