WARNING: it could potentially be crippled so that setting it up requires using a tethered connection to Linksys servers. This is a significant security risk vs umbilical-free setup -- both on day one and for every day after if you have to maintain that umbilical to manage this router that you don't have 100% control over.

In short, this may not be a good deal.

Also, this device isn't fully supported on OpenWRT (yet?), so it's not like it's a good deal just for the hardware.
