I think in some of the communities named just numbers like 196, they have a rule that if you visit you have to leave a post. So people there sometimes put "Rule" in the post title or "xyz Rule" to make it more specific to the content being posted. That is what I have heard and witnessed but I'm not only about 80% confident in my answer.
