Well this is an interesting new development. I wonder if the US Gov has realized that a breakaway civilization could be forming inside their own black box, and the destabilizing threat that poses.

I'm not totally sold on breakaway civilizations yet, but at this point what do I know? Nada. That's what.

But I'm eager to see what's behind the curtain, even if it's just resolving (massive) misappropriation of funds.
