500$ ultralight tent

Hey everyone! So I am finding myself at a weird price point when looking for UL tents. When I'm searching I see some budget tents like durston mid 2, six moons design lunar duo, etc. priced around $300-$350. But then it seems you immediately jump up to $650 plus for all the DCF stuff. I would like to try and get all I can for the money I have. Anyone have any advice or other UL tents to look at that I might be missing? Mainly looks for a zpacks duplex style tent, but am willing to look into other styles of it makes the most sense.
