Seriously. I need to keep working for at least another 25 years or so, and the aphasia is not doing me any favors. I see the way my (male, same age) coworker swaggers and preens every time I struggle for a technical term. When our boss retires in a few years I’m pretty much screwed.

If I hadn't been able to go to a 4 day/32 hour work week I don't know where I'd be now. Thankful my husband and I (no kids) could afford the pay cut. Has completely saved my sanity not working more than two consecutive days in a row (I work Mon-Tue and Thu-Fri).

I feel you on this. I was informed this week that I am getting more work and I'm like nooooo. Hopefully I can still fit it in 4 days. I don't hate my job, it can actually be fun but I'm just tired of working. And yes I'm being a crybaby. Lol.

I’m feeling that second bullet this week.

I’m one of them. I’m finding it so hard to get back in too.
