Up until now I was a long time lurker on Reddit. Figured I would change that with Lemmy. Had a health bout a few months ago and in the process decided I need to up my water intake every day. I feel so much better and this has become my favorite water bottle. I drink about four 24oz bottles a day plus or minus a few 12 oz glasses at home.

Wow! I love the gold!! Earlier today i decided to start tracking + increasing my water intake, at least for the next 100 days. I started with a goal of 85 oz/day.
