What an interesting concept for an event. It really does make sense not to waste those bottles, particularly with how eclectic of a set they are.

I think I would have enjoyed that. I love tasting odd ball flavors particularly if you just aren't really going to find them elsewhere. It is one of the reasons I'm an Islay whiskey fan.
