@moss Wouldn't that make this place have 2 rules, which defeats the whole purpose of the rule? I know original 196 didn't force you to put "rule" in the title, people just did

Its a cultural thing from what was /r/196 (and its predecessor /r/195), people would try to find interesting ways of fitting the word "rule" into the title. Others more lazily just put it after whatever title they came up with.
