And here I am coming back from a meeting TODAY telling us why we have to “return to work” (a term that implies I haven’t been working successfully for the last few years.)
I do focused work and get next to nothing done on our in-office days. Training is even better digitally as I can actually see what’s happening on my own screen at my own screen’s size. I’m not stuck taking notes on someone else doing a task.
The whole thing is infuriating and I can’t wait for it to just die as a norm.
