It’s laughable how little progress have been made since voice assistants came out. The entire world has taken a step forward and Siri still can’t tell me what my estimated time of arrival is while navigating using Apple Maps.
Apple waits for the dust the clear in a few years as the tech matures, then they'll come out with "Siri 2.0" with full LLM conversational capability. It's not very Apple to jump on hype trains

Short of setting a timer or asking for directions home Siri is absolutely useless.

Siri is incredibly bad… but at least feature like set timer work offline
