I just finished tearing out the carpet and modernizing the stairs. I used a Poly stain, but should I also go with another coat of just Poly? Added a before and after (still need to do some minor touch ups from painters tape)

Stairs for sure, you're gonna want a few coats of protection on them. I'd do no less than 5
