SC18 is a great EDC light for this purpose.

I just wish the switch were more difficult to accidentally turn on. The side switches are the only real issue I have with Sofirn's lights (cough cough SP10 Pro)

Yeah I hear that. Lockout is mandatory or my pocket is getting warm. At least it's not going to light anything on fire.
