Verstappen, Alonso & Russell summoned for impeding at pit exit, Hamilton for not slowing down under yellow flag and Sargeant for overtaking under yellow flag. Williams and Alpha Tauri are summoned because Tsunoda apparently hit Williams equipment with his car in the pitlane.

Williams left a car jack unattended right at the edge of their pit box and Tsunoda clipped it. So Williams would be at fault there I believe
